ZAVIE LEVINE
Co-founder of the firm. Admitted to the Bar of the Province of Québec in 1971. Practice includes all facets of civil and commercial litigation, such as employer-employee relations, shareholder and other corporate disputes, estate-related issues and Immigration law.
Me Levine has appeared before civil courts of first instance, the appellate level and before the Supreme Court of Canada.
Me Levine has lectured to various audiences, including continuing legal education conferences, on issues relating to Employment Law.

SAMUEL J. FRISHMAN
Co-founder of the firm. Admitted to the Bar of the Province of Québec in 1980. Practice is primarily focused on estate law and corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate financing and real estate.
Me Frishman is a member and past Chairman of the Board of the Just For Kids Foundation and past President of the Jewish Rehabilitation Hospital.

MARISSA FRISHMAN
Admitted to the Bar of the Province of Québec in 2006, focusing her practice on civil and commercial litigation, with an emphasis on Employment Law. Me Frishman became a partner in 2017 and has appeared before civil courts of first instance and at the appellate level.
Me Frishman is a member of the Executive Board of Directors of the “Just For Kids” Foundation and member of the Board of Directors of the Lord Reading Law Society. Me Frishman is also a past member of the Board of Directors of the Jewish Rehabilitation Hospital.
Me Frishman has lectured to various audiences, including continuing legal education conferences, on issues relating to Employment Law.

CARLY ROSENFELD
Joined the firm as a student in 2019 and was admitted to the Bar of the Province of Québec in 2021.
Carly studied at the McGill University Faculty of Law and the Buchmann Faculty of Law at Tel Aviv University. During her studies she volunteered at Innocence McGill and was an Associate Editor at the McGill Journal of Dispute Resolution.
