Me SAMUEL J. FRISHMAN
Co-founder of the firm. Admitted to the Bar of the Province of Québec in 1980. Practice is primarily focused on estate law and corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate financing and real estate.
Me Frishman is a member and past Chairman of the Board of the Just For Kids Foundation and past President of the Jewish Rehabilitation Hospital.

Me MARISSA FRISHMAN
Admitted to the Bar of the Province of Québec in 2006, focusing her practice on civil and commercial litigation, with an emphasis on Employment Law. Me Frishman became a partner in 2017 and has appeared before civil courts of first instance and at the appellate level.
Me Frishman is a member of the Executive Board of Directors of the “Just For Kids” Foundation and member of the Board of Directors of the Lord Reading Law Society. Me Frishman is also a past member of the Board of Directors of the Jewish Rehabilitation Hospital.

Me VANESSA GREGORIO
A graduate of McGill University and Université Laval, Vanessa Gregorio was admitted to the Quebec Bar in 2015. Her practice focuses primarily on disputes involving estates, trusts and commercial disputes.
She routinely represents clients ranging from individuals, liquidators and trustees to corporations before the Superior Court and Court of Appeal in cases involving complex issues. She is also involved in the legal community as Chair of the Elder Law Section, Quebec Division of the Canadian Bar Association.
Prior to joining Levine Frishman, Vanessa was an associate in the civil and commercial litigation team of a major Quebec law firm.
